Terms and Conditions


The Terms and Conditions are effective from Feb 22, 2018, and supersede all previous terms and conditions.

  1. By using and/or visiting any section (including subdomains) of the woyale.com (the “Website”) or any applications that we own, you agree to be bound by (i) these Terms and Conditions; (ii) our Privacy Policy; (iii) the Rules and Methods of Verification applicable to our betting products, and are deemed to have accepted and understood all the Terms.

    Please read the Terms carefully and if you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Website and any applications that we own.
  2. Where you place a bet by sending cryptocurrency to a Smart Contract that we create, you accept and agree to be bound by the Rules and Methods of Verification which apply to the applicable products available on the Website from time to time.
  3. Where reference is made to “woyale”, “we”, “our” or “us”, it refers to All-in Technology Inc., a BVI Business Company (registration number 1967550). All-in Technology Inc. is licensed and regulated by Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake, Quebec, Canada (license number 00829).
  4. We may need to change the Terms from time to time for a number of reasons (including to comply with applicable laws and regulations, and regulatory requirements). Any minor changes may be made at any time and you are advised to review the Terms on a regular basis. The most up to date Terms will be available on the Website. All major changes will be notified to you in advance of such changes taking effect. If any change is unacceptable to you, you should cease using the Website. If you continue to use the Website after the date on which the changes to the Terms come into effect, you will be deemed to have accepted those changes.
  5. Reference to “you”, “your” or the “customer”, “client” is reference to any person using the Website or the services of woyale.
  6. As you are aware, the right to access and/or use the Website (including any or all of the products offered via the Website) may be illegal in certain countries (for example, the USA). You are responsible for determining whether your accessing and/or use of the Website is compliant with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and you warrant to us that gambling is not illegal in the territory where you reside.
  7. woyale is committed to providing excellent customer experiences. As part of that commitment, woyale is committed to supporting responsible gambling. Although woyale will use its reasonable endeavours to enforce its responsible gambling policies, woyale does not accept any responsibility or liability if you nevertheless continue gambling and/or seek to use the Website with the intention of deliberately avoiding the relevant measures in place and/or woyale is unable to enforce its measures/policies for reasons outside of woyale’s reasonable control.
  8. woyale reserves the right to block your account from betting at any time and for any reason.
  9. woyale reserves the right to cancel any bet/wager at anytime.
  10. woyale reserves the right to cancel a game if we have evidence that the integrity of the game has been called into question.
  11. All wagers are held by the Smart Contract on Ethereum. woyale has made every effort to ensure the Smart Contract functions properly. However, if the Smart Contract and/or Ethereum malfunction and as a result there is no way to move the Ether held by it due to reasons beyond our control, woyale is not responsible for the loss.
  12. Should a dispute arise, you and woyale agree that the methods described in "Verify Bets, Returns and Distributions" will be the ultimate authority in such matters.
  13. Every effort is made to keep the Website up and running smoothly. However, woyale takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the Website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
  14. woyale has no control over Ethereum, therefore woyale is not liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of Ethereum.
  15. woyale does not accept any liability for any damages, liabilities or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with the Website or its content (including delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, communication or lines failure, any person’s misuse of the Website or its content or any errors or omissions in content).
  16. While woyale endeavours to ensure that the information of the Website is correct, woyale does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information and material on the Website. The Website may contain typographical errors or other inaccuracies, or information that is out of date. woyale is under no obligation to update such material. The information and material on the Website is provided “as is”, without any conditions, warranties or other terms of any kind. Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by law, woyale provides you with the Website on the basis that woyale excludes all representations, express or implied warranties, conditions and other terms which but for these terms and conditions might have effect in relation to the Website.
  17. Any criminal or suspicious activities will be reported to authorities. Related Ethereum accounts are subject to be blocked from participating any games created by woyale.
  18. You must not use the Website for the benefit of a third party or for any purpose which in our opinion is illegal, defamatory, abusive or obscene, or which we consider discriminatory, fraudulent, dishonest or inappropriate.
  19. You must not misuse the Website by introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. In particular, you must not access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt the Website or any part of it; any equipment or network on which the Website is stored; any software used in connection with the provision of the Website; or any equipment, software or website owned or used by a third party. You must not attach our Website via a denial-of-service attack. Save where we have not taken reasonable steps, we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Website, software or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
  20. woyale reserves the right to restrict access to all or certain parts of the Website in respect of certain jurisdictions.
  21. The contents of the Website are protected by international copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. The owner of these rights is woyale, its affiliates or other third party licensors.
  22. All product and company names and logos mentioned on the Website are the trademarks, service marks or trading names of their respective owners, including woyale.
  23. Any commercial use or exploitation of the Website or its content is strictly prohibited.
  24. These Terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Rules and any document expressly referred to in them and any guidelines or rules posted on the Website constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the parties and supersede any previous agreement between the parties relating to their subject matter. You acknowledge and agree that in entering into and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Rules and any document expressly referred to in them and any guidelines or rules posted on the Website you do not rely on, and shall have no remedy in respect of, any statement, representation, warranty, understanding, promise or assurance (whether negligently or innocently made) or any person (whether party to this agreement or not) other than as expressly set out therein. Nothing in this clause shall operate to limit or exclude any liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
